Feb. 29, 2024: Experts forecast stronger home price growth for 2024.

Over a 100 panelists from the Fannie Mae Home Price Expectations Survey revised their national average home price growth for 2024 from 2.4% last quarter to 3.8%, and 3.4% in 2025. However, this outlook seemed to depend largely on whether or not interest rates descended towards the low 6% range. (Currently rates are much higher than that).
