July 9, 2024: Housing prices rise despite more supply.

According to the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), despite new construction homes with 9+ months of supply, existing home supply still sits at approximately 3.7 months, driving prices higher in those lower-tiered price points (between $100,000 - $750,000 depending on what market you are in).
